Meet the Telegration Management Team
Denis Vincent Raue is President and CEO of Telegration, Inc. Raue
oversees the direct strategic success path of the company and day-to-day
management of Telegration's financial, marketing, service, and sales support
processes. He is also responsible for developing and managing partnerships and
agreements with providers of usage, access, data and Internet services. In
addition, Raue's responsibilities include product development, pricing, and
implementation, as well as managing the growth of the company's alternate
channel sales program.
Prior to founding Telegration, Raue was Area Manager at Telecom USA,
Tyson's Corner, VA serving the Baltimore, Washington D.C., Maryland, and
northern Virginia regions. He was responsible for sales and regional customer
and sales support. Telecom USA was purchased by MCI in the early 1990s before
the merger with WorldCom. Before coming to Telecom USA, he served as manager of
major accounts, Michigan and Ohio territories, for LCI International, Inc.,
Birmingham, MI. LCI later merged with USA to form Qwest.
Raue holds a BA in Economics from The University of
Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is a member of the Detroit Economic Club and the Sigma
Alpha Epsilon Alumni Association. He resides in Clarkston, MI with his wife
Brenda, children Kristen and Michelle, and dogs Lucky and Coconut.
Daniel G. Williamson, Vice President of Sales & General Manager
Daniel Williamson is Vice President of Sales for Telegration, Inc. Williamson
oversees the inside and outside sales channels for the company. He is chartered
to control the day-to-day activities of these channels and ensures all
personnel are carrying out the sales management process. His main areas of
concentration in this process are product and skills training, activity
performance and revenue performance for the channels. In addition, Customer Service & CAM, Finance, Human Resources, Commissions, and Technology divisions all report to Williamson.
Before joining Telegration, Williamson spent 13
years at Sprint in numerous roles, including direct sales, branch management,
national account management and regional management. He also spent three years
as the Director of Local Services at MCI where he led a team of 10 managers in
the Midwest market.
Williamson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in
Marketing from Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant, MI. He resides in
Milford, MI with his wife Joanne, and children Cory, Joey and Drew. He will
celebrate 8 years with Telegration in October 2006.
Debra Hutcherson is Director of Commissions, responsible for overseeing the payroll and
commissions to the sales reps. She is the liaison with the technical team and responsible for maintaining the
commission database for all sales personnel to ensure correct and timely payout
deadlines are met. In addition, Debra is responsible for communicating and
updating all compensation processes to the system as well as to all sales
personnel. This is achieved through the reporting process that is managed by
Debra and her commission staff. Reports are sent out to the field bi-monthly in
accordance with payout guidelines. The Commission Department works in
collaboration with various vendors and their respective commission teams to
ensure proper payouts are received and investigations are resolved within
expected timeframes.
Prior to joining Telegration Debra
worked for SBC, formerly known as Ameritech, and was responsible for their
commission processes, personnel tracking and paying out commissions to the EBS
division, which consisted of approximately 250-300 sales representatives. Prior
to her promotion to this position she worked as Accounts Payable Manager.
Hutcherson is a graduate of Wayne County Community College
with an Associate Degree in Accounting. She
celebrated eight years at Telegration in March 2006. In her spare
time, she enjoys gourmet cooking, bowling and supporting her children in their extra
curriculum endeavors.
Carina Rodriguez, Director of Finance and Human Resources
Carina Rodriguez is Director of Finance and Human Resources, responsible for
overseeing and management of credit analysis and approval, collection efforts
for the entire customer base, resolution of contract matters with customers,
all financial day-to-day operations processes, including payables and
receivables, leaseholds, purchasing for all offices, workmen's compensation and
employee issues. She is also responsible for implementation and enforcement of
corporate policy and procedures, benefits administration and negotiations, as
well as execution of various audits and projects as developed by and with the
President. Before coming to Telegration, Rodriguez was Operations Manager at
Linear Systems, where she was responsible for all financial and operational
functions for an automotive design engineering firm. She also has experience as
the office manager for Pals International, a language and cultural diversity
school for international business travelers, where she managed all financial
operations.
Currently pursuing an MBA, Rodriguez holds degrees from
University of South Florida and Macomb College. She has been a member of the
Telegration team for six years.
