Telegration Expands Alliance with Broadwing Communications

Master Agent Agreement Enables Company to Market Broadwing’s Complete Offering of Business Communications and Data Services

Troy, MI – March 31, 2006 – Telegration, a leading provider and reseller of telecommunications services for businesses, announced today that it has expanded its alliance with Broadwing Communications LLC, Austin, TX, a provider of innovative telecommunications solutions to enterprises and service providers. According to the terms of the agreement, Telegration has become a Master Agent and high-volume distributor for Broadwing’s business communications and data services.

As a high volume business agent, Telegration will be able to market Broadwing’s complete array of business communications and data services, which include wide area networking (WAN), business continuity services, public and private IP networking, VoIP, switched and dedicated voice services, enhanced toll-free, capacity switching, and media services. Broadwing owns and operates one of the world's largest and most advanced broadband networks and now Telegration customers will have full access to an expanding array of Broadwing’s reliable and robust service offerings.
