Telegration Finalizes Sales Agent Agreement with LDMI
Broader Product Range Available to Telegration Customers as an LDMI Authorized Sales Agent
Troy, MI –August 22, 2006 – Telegration, a leading provider and reseller of business telecommunications services, announced today that it has entered into a sales agent agreement with LDMI Telecommunications, a Talk America company (NASDAQ:TALK). Under the terms of the agreement, Telegration can offer its customers and agents in Michigan and Ohio a comprehensive portfolio of business products from LDMI, including Internet, local, long distance, toll free and security solutions.

Also featured are ConnecT, VoiceT, Managed ANX service, PRI and SDSL services, as well as other LDMI services. These services provide existing Telegration customers and new companies with additional service options and competitive pricing for local voice, data, Internet, and usage plans.
