Sales Agent Agreement Finalized, Broader Range of Products Now Available
Troy, MI –March 31, 2006 – Telegration, a leading provider and reseller of business telecommunications services, announced today that it has entered into a sales agent agreement with TDS Metrocom, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chicago-based Telephone and Data Systems Inc. (TDS). Under the terms of the agreement, Telegration can offer its customers and agents in the Great Lakes region (MI, IL, OH, WI, IN) a central, comprehensive source for ordering complete product lines from TDS Metrocom, including local voice, data, Internet, and usage plans.

As a TDS Authorized Agent, Telegration will be able to sell XData™ 384k or 768k high-speed fractional T1 Internet service, and DIME [Managed Internet full T1 1.544 or bonded 3 meg speeds] and other offerings. This is both a competitive advantage for Telegration and a very attractive option for existing customers that have offices within TDS Metrocom's footprint in the Great Lakes region.
