Telegration Customers Now Have Greater Access

US Signal's Leading-Edge Internet Service
Troy , MI - October 1, 2005 -Telegration, a

the Great Lakes region, announced today that it has expanded its strategic
partnership with US Signal Company LLC, Grand Rapids, MI. As a distributor,
Telegration now has access to over 3,000-miles of fiber optic network and 80
on-off ramps throughout the Great Lake Region. The agreement enables
Telegration to offer US Signal's services for private line and Internet access.

OC-192 connections. Telegration's partnerships with US Signal and other

The new terms of the US Signal agreement also provide for changes to the
compensation structure that Telegration offers its agents and representatives.
In particular, Telegration now offers payment of up-front bonuses for the sales
of US Signal services.

allowing agents and reps to increase their income immediately compared to other
agent programs," Raue said. "We are confident that up-front compensation will
lead to increasing existing sales from both our employee and agent sales
