Troy, MI - May 17, 2005 - Telegration, a leading

Great Lakes region, announced today that it has entered into a partnership with
Venture Group Enterprise (VGE), Charlotte, North Carolina to provide local
voice service to Telegration customers nationwide.
The new agreement with VGE, a leading company specializing in
processing and provisioning telecommunications-related services, will allow
Telegration to grow its customer base throughout the United States in addition
to its core target markets in Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Ohio.
Telegration can now provide local services anywhere in the country from the
largest Bell Operating companies and major independent local providers. Bell
South®, Verizon®, Sprint ® Local, and SBC® Southwest, SBC® East, SBC® West
territories are available to Telegration agents as a result of this
partnership.
