Telegration offers comprehensive sales and support of Qwest
solutions nationwide. Our customers can take advantage of Qwest's
broadband offerings in addition to our comprehensive offerings of local
service, long distance, and wireless service.
Qwest services provided by Telegration include:
Qwest OneFlex™ Hosted VoIP
Qwest OneFlex Hosted VoIP is an Internet Protocol
(IP) application that provides real-time, two-way voice capability in IP over a
broadband connection. This product offers a new fully-hosted service that
replaces the need for a premise based phone system and the multiple vendors
required to provide popular applications like voice mail and integrated
messaging. The features are delivered to a customer's handset via a single
dedicated Internet access pipe. The solution is hosted on Qwest's carrier-grade
network, not the Internet.
Qwest OneFlex™ Integrated Access
Qwest OneFlex Integrated Access is a single T-1
circuit that can be used to transfer data, access the Internet and have
real-time, two-way voice calls in IP. Qwest OneFlex Integrated Access also
provides popular calling features, such as caller id. It uses dynamically
allocated bandwidth so organizations can use the entire circuit for Internet
access when phones are not in use. Voice traffic is prioritized over data when
phones are in use and bandwidth is automatically allocated from voice to data.
Qwest OneFlex™ Managed Internet Protocol Telephony (IPT) Convergence is here, now. More and more, businesses rely on real-time communications infrastructures and applications to make them more competitive, increase efficiency, reduce costs and save time. Qwest OneFlex Managed Internet Protocol Telephony (IPT) gives them a single source to maximize the potential of today's convergence movement.
OneFlex Managed IPT is a nationwide, customer premises equipment (CPE)-based, VoIP solution that converts traditional voice services into an application supported over a customer's data network. It offers clients a highly customized solution that unifies the customer's network into a converged platform that supports voice, video and data. Through a fully-bundled IP telephony service that includes a convergence readiness assessment, OneFlex Managed IPT provides all necessary hardware, software, licenses, installation, maintenance and 24/7 application management and monitoring. The charge for this service is an all-inclusive monthly recurring charge (MRC) per managed phone – eliminating the need for a large up-front capital expenditure.

transport service that allows customers to electronically deliver data, images,
voice and Internet access over a highly reliable, scalable and secure network.

The Qwest-Telegration partnership should come as
no surprise since the two companies have a lot in common. A merger of LCI
International and US West formed Qwest in 1999. Telegration was formerly an
Authorized Distributor for LCI from 1990 and 1994, and many of the
company's largest customers today first became customers through its
partnership with LCI. Besides President Denis Raue, many former LCI employees
are now working at Telegration, including Vice President Dan Williamson.
